Albany Office Supplies Limited was founded in 1979. The company began business in small premises in Stoneybatter in Dublin and in the following years, the company has grown to become one of the leading office supplies and print companies in Ireland.
Since its foundation, by John Power, the company has set itself many goals. These goals were to deliver a level of service, commitment to quality and to develop a relationship with its customers that would last.
Further evidence of the company’s commitment to service and quality is the large number of customers that have a long term relationship with Albany, some for more than 25 years.
We occupy a 24,000 sq ft unit; 5,000 sq ft are used as our administration office based in Dublin 12. The remaining 19,000 sq ft house our associate company Alert Print Limited, along with the print finishing department, furniture and stationery stores and our goods inward and despatch department.

In House Print Department - with state of the art in house print facilities and full digital processing, we would be delighted to quote for design, development or reproduction of any document you require with standards that will not be compromised.
Managed Print Services (MPS) – We will manage your printers, maintenance and consumable requirements.
Our Furniture Department will assess your individual requirements and if necessary produce CAD drawings where appropriate. Our furniture range covers contract to executive furniture and seating from a range of approved manufacturers to suit all budgets.
Computer Consumables - including toner retrieval system, are available with original branded and alternative products to suit your budget.
Merchandising – We, at Albany, can facilitate a merchandising system if required. Your account manager will replenish and restock your cupboards on a weekly basis to suit your specifications.

Colour coded bins
We have installed colour coded bins throughout our company in order to separate all generated waste.
Collections have been reduced to one black bag collection per week and a daily green bin collection when necessary. All other bins are collected on a telephone order basis.
Due to the volume of cardboard packaging generated we have installed a small baling unit in the waste area of our warehouse. Baling our cardboard will significantly reduce the amount of loose cardboard taking up valuable space and is much easier to manage.
To ensure that the waste programme is implemented in full, we have trained staff in all areas covering waste management plan. Two of our operators have been fully trained in all aspects covering the baling station including health and safety training.

Only the best of Heidelberg printing machinery will be viewed on the print floor; comprising single, two colour and five colour capabilities.

Print Management Services
Albany’s print management service is a facility offered to our customers to manage all of their daily print requirements to any location throughout Ireland, from everyday business forms through to marketing materials.
At Albany, we use our vast expertise in manufacturing, inventory control and logistics to handle your print requirements from origination through to delivery, enabling you, the customer, to concentrate on your business with the knowledge that any requirements you have are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
We also insist that as a partnership, a dedicated account manager and customer service representative is assigned to our clients to assist and advise on all aspects of the union.
