How to Avoid Flu Season this Winter

The flu is a contagious infection that affects a large number of people every year, particularly in the colder months from mid-Autumn to early Spring. The flu often spreads quickly and can affect people of all ages. In most cases, symptoms are mild. However, for the elderly or those with weaker immune systems, symptoms may become more severe.

If you share a workspace or living space with others who have flu symptoms, you must ensure to disinfect surfaces in order to lower your chances of catching the infection.
